A Unique Community Bank

Exchange Bank is one of the most unique community banks in the United States because of our history, ownership and legacy. Determined that the Exchange Bank remain locally owned and independent, our second president, Frank Doyle, placed 51% of his Bank stock into a perpetual trust and the dividends are distributed annually to the Frank P. Doyle and Polly O’Meara Doyle Scholarship Fund for students attending Santa Rosa Junior College. To date, over 115,000 scholarships have been funded totaling over $76 million.

Giving Back To Our Community

As a community bank, Exchange Bank differs significantly from national and regional banks. One major difference is our commitment to the communities we serve and live in. We invest and particpate in the health of our community through donations and hands–on involvement in local causes and non–profit organizations. Our employees dedicate countless hours of service to a long list of worthwhile charities, and we are proud to be Corporate Champions for the Human Race for many years.

Exchange Bank is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.

Mission Statement

Exchange Bank will be an independent, conservatively run community bank. We will provide dividends to the Doyle Trust which owns 51% of the Bank — for scholarships for worthy young men and women to attend the Santa Rosa Junior College and reward our shareholders. We will be a premier community bank based upon:

  • Superior financial performance
  • Excellence in customer service
  • Commitment to our community & employees
