Registered Mortgage Loan Originators

The Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act (SAFE Act) requires employees of federally regulated lending institutions who act as a mortgage loan originators ("MLO") to register with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry ("Registry"). Each Exchange Bank MLO is registered with the Registry and has a unique identification number. If you would like to confirm that the mortgage professional with whom you wish to conduct business is authorized to perform mortgage business, please find the MLO's unique identification number on this PDF list and perform a search at www.nmlsconsumeraccess.org to find information regarding the MLO who is registered with the NMLS.
