All other banks’ ATM fees for withdrawals will be rebated to a maximum of $15.00 per statement
cycle and two balance inquiries at other banks per statement cycle. New accounts subject to

** Hybrid Auto Loan Automatic Payment Discount. Rates are discounted
by 0.50% with an automatic payment from an Exchange Bank Go Green checking account for qualifying
new hybrid vehicle auto loans. If you agree to make monthly payments using this automatic payment feature,
we will reduce the ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE by 0.50 percentage points. If you choose this option
and the automatic payment feature is later cancelled for any reason by you or by us, the ANNUAL
PERCENTAGE RATE on your loan will be subject to a one–time increase of 0.50 percentage points.
This one–time increase will also apply if you close your deposit account without designating
another deposit account (acceptable to us) for payment, or if there are insufficient funds in
three or more occasions during any twelve-month period.
