Gary Hartwick|President and Chief Executive Officer

Gary Hartwick

Mr. Hartwick joined Exchange Bank in January of 2009, and previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer. Mr. Hartwick is a seasoned banker with over 40 years of experience, including top level executive responsibility in areas of credit, budgeting, asset and liability management and strategic planning. Mr. Hartwick serves on the Board of Directors for the Volunteer Center of Sonoma County and the Redwood Empire Food Bank. He is a graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School and holds a B.S. Degree in Finance from California State University, Sacramento.

 

Greg Jahn|Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer

Greg Jahn

Mr. Jahn has over 30 years of financial management experience and expertise in banking. As Chief Financial Officer, Jahn manages all financial aspects of the Exchange Bank including accounting practices, budgeting, financial planning, interface with the financial community, financial analysis, acquisitions and ventures, and monitoring of financial performance. Jahn holds a MBA degree from Golden Gate University and a BA Degree from San Jose State University.

 

Troy Sanderson|Executive Vice President and Chief Banking Officer

Troy Sanderson

During Mr. Sanderson’s 30 year career in banking he has worked in commercial, mortgage and consumer lending, appraisal, training and development, retail banking, credit administration and executive leadership. Prior to joining Exchange Bank, he was the President and Chief Credit Officer of Bank of Rio Vista and has 15 years of experience leading credit teams at community banks.  A Sonoma County native, his family roots in the community go back over 100 years.  Mr. Sanderson served for 10 years as an elected member of the Board of Education of the Petaluma City School District and is a past president of Petaluma National Little League.  He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from California State University, Sacramento and graduated with honors from the Pacific Coast Banking School.

 

Mike Sullivan|Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer

Mike Sullivan

Mr. Sullivan joined Exchange Bank in October of 2018. He is a seasoned banker with over 32 years of experience including senior level responsibility in areas of credit and credit strategy, market leadership, and relationship management. Mr. Sullivan serves on the Board of Directors for the Sonoma State University Foundation, Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Santa Rosa, and the Analy High School Education Foundation. He has a MBA with an emphasis in Finance from the University of California Berkeley and a BA in Economics from the University of California San Diego.

 

Howard Daulton|Senior Vice President and Corporate and Business Development Manager

Howard Daulton

Mr. Daulton joined Exchange Bank in 2011 as Senior Vice President, Manager of Corporate and Business Development. Prior to Exchange Bank he held the position of Senior Vice President, Area Manager with Wells Fargo Bank and President and Chief Executive Officer of Bank of Petaluma. Daultons responsibilities include strategic initiatives, business development and residential real estate. He holds a B.S. in Economics from San Jose State University. He works with numerous local non-profit organizations and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the SRJC Ag. Trust and Executive Committee of the Sonoma County Alliance.

 

Ann Hudson|Senior Vice President, Retail Banking

Ann Hudson

Ms. Hudson joined Exchange Bank in 2014 and was promoted to Senior Vice President of Retail Banking in 2015. Before Exchange Bank, she held leadership roles with several banks including JPMChase and WaMu. She has over 20 years of experience in retail banking, mortgage and consumer lending, product sales, marketing, sales leadership and talent development. Ms. Hudson's responsibilities include overseeing the Retail Banking Group, Marketing, Product Management, Merchant Services and the Digital Product Channels. Ms. Hudson works and volunteers with local non-profit organizations and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Becoming Independent.
