Gary Hartwick|President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Hartwick joined Exchange Bank in January of 2009, and previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer. Hartwick is a seasoned banker with over 37 years of experience, including top level executive responsibility in areas of credit, budgeting, asset and liability management and strategic planning. Hartwick serves on the Board of Directors for the Volunteer Center of Sonoma County and the Wells Fargo Center for the Arts. He is a graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School and holds a B.S. Degree in Finance from California State University, Sacramento.
C. William Reinking|Chairman Emeritus, Exchange Bank – Trustee, Frank P. Doyle Trust
Mr. Reinking was elected to the Board in 1985 when he was appointed President and Chief Operating Officer. He has been with the Bank for 48 years. He retired in 2003 and at that time became Chairman of the Board. In 2008, he was again employed by the Bank as Chief Executive Officer and remained Chairman. On December 31, 2009, he retired again as Chief Executive Officer and remains as Chairman. In 2010, he was named a Doyle Trustee. Mr. Reinking is a graduate of the University of Oregon and the Pacific Coast Banking School. His community involvement, current and past, includes Becoming Independent, Canine Companions, Sonoma County Community Foundation, Chamber of Commerce, the Luther Burbank Center and the Active 20-30 Club.
William R. Schrader|Chairman of the Board, Exchange Bank
Mr. Schrader was elected to the Board in 2008 when he was appointed President. Currently he is Chairman of the Board. He joined the Bank in 1978 and has served as Senior Loan Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Schrader is a graduate of St. Mary's College and received his master's from Golden Gate University. He is also a graduate of the Pacific Coast School of Banking. Schrader is currently the Chairman for Hanna Boys Center Trustees. His past board chair positions include positions with the YMCA, the Diocesan School Board, National Alliance for the Mentally ILL (NAMI), Santa Rosa Community Health Centers. He is Past Vice Chair for the Committee on the Shelterless (COTS) and director for the California Bankers Association. He has served on numerous advisory boards including Roseland University Prep, Family Life Center, Sunny Hills Services and Sonoma State’s Graduate School of Business.
Mark Crawford|Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer
Mr. Crawford's banking career spans thirty years to include regulatory experience with the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, TX and the United States Treasury Department. Crawford joined Exchange Bank in January, 2013 as Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer. His responsibilities include overall lending production, credit administration and risk management activities associated with lending, loan servicing and special assets. Formerly of American Perspective Bank in San Luis Obispo as its President and Chief Executive Officer.
Howard Daulton|Senior Vice President and Corporate and Business Development Manager
Mr. Daulton joined Exchange Bank in 2011 as Senior Vice President, Manager of Corporate and Business Development. Prior to Exchange Bank he held the position of Senior Vice President, Area Manager with Wells Fargo Bank and President and Chief Executive Officer of Bank of Petaluma. Daultons responsibilities include strategic initiatives, business development and Retail Banking. He holds a B.S. in Economics from San Jose State University. He works with numerous local non-profit organizations and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Redwood Empire Food Bank and the Sonoma County Alliance.
Ann Hudson|Senior Vice President, Retail Banking
Ms. Hudson joined Exchange Bank in 2014 as vice President and Director of Learning and Development. She was promoted to Senior Vice President of the Retail Banking Group in 2015. Hudson has over 20 years of experience in retail banking, mortgage and consumer lending, product sales, marketing, sales leadership and talent development.
Greg Jahn|Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer
Mr. Jahn has over 30 years of financial management experience and expertise in banking. As Chief Financial Officer, Jahn manages all financial aspects of the Exchange Bank including accounting practices, budgeting, financial planning, interface with the financial community, financial analysis, acquisitions and ventures, and monitoring of financial performance. Jahn holds a MBA degree from Golden Gate University and a BA Degree from San Jose State University.
