IBM Trusteer Software

IMPORTANT CHANGES FOR ONLINE BANKING CUSTOMERS CURRENTLY USING TRUSTEER FOR PHISHING AND MALWARE PROTECTION.

Beginning 1/28/21 at 5 pm, IBM Trusteer Rapport will no longer be available to Exchange Bank Cash Management Online Banking customers. On approximately 2/22/21, we will introduce a replacement phishing and malware protection product automatically available to all Online Banking customers which will not require a software install.

In the interim, please ensure you have the latest antivirus/anti-malware protection, apply the latest patches to your computers and laptops when available, and be careful of phishing attacks.

 To determine if you have downloaded and installed Trusteer, simply search your desktop or laptop computer for a file named “Trusteer Endpoint Protection.”

Please uninstall the Trusteer Endpoint Protection software on your desktop or laptop after 1/28/21 at 5 pm, unless it’s being used with another financial institution’s online banking system. For information how to uninstall the software, please review the following Trusteer Support page.
