Online Banking Updates — Frequently Asked Questions
What will be changing in my Online Banking experience?
Exchange Bank is proud to offer a more intuitive layout for a better user experience. While the visual appearance looks different, your online and mobile banking services remain the same. Please see the What to Expect sections below for more information.
Will I have to sign up for Online Banking again?
No. There will be no changes to your current enrollment.
Will my login credentials change?
No. Your username and password will remain the same.
Where will my account details be?
Account details may be found by opening one of the account tiles on your home page, or by clicking the View all Accounts button, centrally located.
Can I still do everything I did before?
Yes. This is a visual update only — no features were removed.
Will I have to update my automatic transfers?
No. Recurring transfers and bill payments will not be affected.
Will I need to sign up for eStatements again?
No. If you are currently enrolled to receive eStatements, you will continue to receive them electronically.
Is the new design secure?
Yes! Your security remains our top priority. The updated design uses the same security features to keep your personal and financial information safe.

Personal Mobile App Users — What to Expect
- Upon logging in, your Favorited Accounts are presented in tiles at the top of the page.
- To view account balances, swipe left or right.
- Click on an account tile to view details and transaction history.
- To add, remove, or reorder accounts from the Favorited list, click View all Accounts and select the star icon next to each desired account. Use the three-dot menu to reorder accounts.
- Scrolling down, you will see additional information — including spending (a personal financial management tool), your credit overview (if enrolled in My Credit Manager), and content tailored to your online experience.
Menu Changes - Mobile App
The menu bar now displays across the bottom of the screen. From this bar you can quickly access Transfers, Deposit Checks, and Zelle. The full menu is available by tapping Menu at the bottom right.
The full menu has been consolidated and reorganized:
- Accounts - View your account balances (home page).
- Payments & Transfers — Allows access to Bill Pay, Loan Payments, Transfer Funds, and Zelle.
- Deposit Checks — Allows access to deposit checks via your mobile device.
- My Credit Manager — Allows you to enroll and view your credit report and more.
- Services — Provides access to various online services such as Address Change, Check Reorder, Online Activity, and more.
- Statements — Allows you to view and update your statement preferences.
- Settings — Allows access to update your online account settings.
Personal Desktop Users — What to Expect
- Upon logging in, your Favorited Accounts are presented in left column of the page.

What will be changing in the Business Digital Banking experience?
Business Digital Banking will be updated with a new consolidated navigation menu.
Can I still do everything I did before?
Yes. This is a refresh of the navigation menu only — no features have been removed, just the layout has changed.
