When you enroll in eStatements, you will:

  • Receive an email notification when your statement is ready
  • Be able to access your statements anytime through secure Online Banking
  • Reduce the risk of mail theft or delivery delays
  • Keep your statements organized and easy to reference

Sign up for eStatements in 4 steps using the Exchange Bank Mobile App

Step 1

Log In and Open the Menu

Log in to the Mobile App and select “Menu” in the top left corner of your screen. This will open the main navigation dropdown.

For Step 2, select the right arrow below to continue.

Step 2

Select Statements

From the dropdown menu, choose “Statements.” Additional options will appear.

For Step 3, select the right arrow below to continue.

Step 3

Open Statement Preferences

Choose “Statement Prefs. [Preferences]” This will take you to your account’s statement settings page.

For Step 4, select the right arrow below to continue.

Step 4

Enroll in Electronic Statements

Select Electronic Statements, then read and accept the eDocuments Enrollment Disclosure. Once complete, you can securely access your statements online.
