We're Excited to Announce Our Petaluma Main Office is Moving Just a Few Blocks Away

We’re thrilled to share some exciting news — Exchange Bank’s Petaluma Main office will be moving to a new location in late fall 2025! When we move, the office will be renamed Petaluma West to reflect its new location. We've created this page to help answer some frequently asked questions. Please continue to visit this page often to stay informed about the move — including key dates and updates of our progress.

Where is the office moving to?
Our new Petaluma West office will be located just a few blocks away at 200 Kentucky Street, right at the corner of Petaluma Blvd. North and Washington Street.

Why is the office moving?
This convenient new space reflects our ongoing commitment to better serve you, offering enhanced amenities, improved access, and a refreshed banking environment designed with your needs in mind.

When is the office moving?
Our new office will open on December 10, 2025.

Are the hours of operations changing?
No. Hours of operation will continue Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm and Saturday 9:00 am – 1:00 pm at the new location.

When is the current office closing?
Our current office will be open through December 5, 2025. You can find other branch locations on our locations page.

What is happening with my safe deposit box?
To accomplish this move in an orderly and secure manner, we have specific procedures in place to ensure the security of your safe deposit box contents. The safe deposit boxes are moved securely with no access to individual boxes whatsoever. During the transition, access to safe deposit boxes will only be available with an appointment.

To help you prepare, please note:

• The last day to access your safe deposit box without an appointment at the current office (2 East Washington Street) will be 1:00 PM, Saturday, November 29 2025.
• You will only have access to your safe deposit box between December 1 through December 11 with an appointment. Please note, the branch will be closed December 6, December 8 and December 9 to accommodate the move.
• The first date your box will become accessible to you without an appointment is Friday, December 12, 2025 at the new location (200 Kentucky Street, Ste. 3).
