Your choices will apply to everyone on your account - unless you tell us otherwise.
Definitions
Affiliates
Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and non-financial companies.
- Exchange Bank has no affiliates.
Non-affiliates
Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and non-financial companies.
- Exchange Bank does not share with non-affiliates to market to you.
Joint marketing
A formal agreement between non-affiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.
- Exchange Bank markets to you with other financial companies through joint marketing agreements.

Exchange Bank is chartered, licensed or registered under the laws of the State of California and is subject to regulatory oversight by The Department of Financial Protection & Innovation (DFPI).
