We are seeing an uptick in attempted spoofing scams within our community. Spoofing is the act of disguising a communication from an unknown source as being from a known, trusted source. These scammers may impersonate Exchange Bank’s phone number on your caller ID, send unsolicited text messages and/or emails to trick you by claiming that you have fraud on your card or that you need to update your account information.

Exchange Bank will never call, text or email to ask for your log in information, secure access code, PIN or token code. If you receive such a request, DO NOT provide any information. Hang up and call us directly at 707.524.3000 or 800.995.4066.
